This product is wonderful. My sleep is amazing now. I have always had trouble with sleeping until now. I get the most rest I have ever had. And on top of it I am regular. I have always had trouble with constipation. With this product every morning I have a regular bowel movement. This may not sound like much to some, but to people who suffer from chronic constipation this is very important. This may be too much information, but I know it’s going to help someone else out there. The only drawback is that if you are any on any other kinds of medication such as gabapentin you may be a little drowsier than normal for the first week or so. You will sleep great but still be a little drowsy after you wake up. But it is absolutely worth it to get a good nights sleep. And on top of it I have lost 3 pounds in the first week. So I would highly recommend this product. I am also using a slim tea which has helped also.

This product is so worth it! I have a problem with diet pills effecting how I feel during the day, so having something that works while I sleep is FABULOUS! First things first, I highly recommend these!I just had a baby less than 2 months ago and went to the doctor on 05/05/2020 and I weighed 165.5 and I started taking these pills that night, well today, 05/09/2020, I am 160.2There’s not much of a flavor and they are really easy to swallow.They also help me sleep much better at night and I wake up feeling refreshed even if I only get 4-5 hours of sleep. Which is nice since I have a toddler and a 2 month old!I already feel much better not only physically, but mentally as well.But I have also changed my diet to eating healthier and that has helped quite a bit as well!I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product!I hope y’all can enjoy them as much as I have just in the past 4 days!

Pay attention to the reviews… everyone is not being detailed about why they gave 5 star reviews just saying it’s helps them sleep. This product helps you get about 4 hours of decent rest but not 8 hours through the night, I was still waking up through the night and sweating like crazy… I would wake up soaking wet and groggy most of my day! I eat healthy and work out 4 times a week and this product didn’t do nothing for weight loss. Not seeing how this product has so many good reviews. Also this pill was making me have weird ass dreams. If I could be honest this product is absolutely pointless, maybe for a decent short amount of sleep but that’s it.
